Key Account Manager - CVRM
About the role:
Develop and manage relationships with key institutional customers in your region, focusing on Cardiovascular, Renal, and Metabolism (CVRM) areas. Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution while using AstraZeneca's engagement channels for customer interactions. Identify business opportunities and promote AstraZeneca products to support disease awareness, early diagnosis, and treatment initiation. Collaborate cross-functionally within the Business Unit to optimize strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and regularly update targeted key customers according to Business Unit strategies.
- Build and continuously develop relationships with key customers, leveraging customer insights.
- Engage customers through approved AstraZeneca communication channels for tailored engagement.
- Plan and adapt sales activities to achieve strategy and sales targets from the Sales Incentive Plan.
- Analyze regional sales potential, planning activities to maximize AstraZeneca product leverage.
- Promote products in accordance with approved materials and SmPC, enhancing disease awareness.
- Work with marketing roles to effectively plan and execute marketing activities supporting sales targets.
- Provide feedback on marketing activities to improve effectiveness and relevance.
- Promote prioritized AstraZeneca products and coordinate with the Business Unit team, including Product Managers, Medical Advisors, Market Access, etc.
- Prepare special sales offers and collaborate for business events, contracts, and demand management.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders within their region about business activities.
- Analyze AstraZeneca's regional market position and explore business opportunities and risks.
- Utilize business opportunities effectively, fulfilling sales plans for institutional customers.
- Manage operational and investment funds efficiently.
- Cooperate with Logistics Managers and Business Specialists to ensure logistics and sales support.
- Uphold high ethical standards and comply with applicable legislation and industry codes.
- Act according to AstraZeneca's safety, health, and environment policies, and report incidents promptly.
- Report safety information, defects, or counterfeits of products in accordance with AstraZeneca policies.
