This is a unique opportunity to join our team at a critical moment of innovation and impact. You’ll lead medical strategy across early metabolic assets, particularly in weight management and liver disease and our inline asset in hyperkalaemia, building strong cross-functional collaborations and external partnerships that can genuinely change lives.

- Shape future standards of care by seeing opportunities for pathway transformation and tangible clinical impact.
- Build and maintain deep external relationships with key external experts (KEEs), academic leaders, professional societies, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
- Co-create and deliver education, engagement, and evidence-generation initiatives to support launch excellence.
- Provide medical leadership to the field team (MSLs), guiding field strategy and execution to align with launch priorities and medical KPIs.
- Represent the UK in Global and European Medical Affairs forums, bringing local insight and strategy to global planning.
- Ensure alignment with compliance, ethical standards, and the UK (QMS) SOPs.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategy, ideally including launch preparation and cross-functional leadership.
- Excellent communication and external engagement skills – able to build credibility with top-tier clinicians, payers, and advocacy leaders.
- A strategic thinker with a clear sense of purpose, clinical insight, and customer-centricity.
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Member/Fellow of a Royal College or the Royal Pharmaceutical Society
- Launch experience in CVRM and/or specialist care and/or acute care medicines
- Detailed knowledge of the UK healthcare system
- Proven expertise in the ABPI Code of Practice
