Accountabilities:
As the Director of Virtual Engagement IT Product Management, you will spearhead the transition from an annual demand collection model to a product-centric approach. Your leadership will be pivotal in developing enduring products that deliver continuous business value, supported by a pipeline of impactful enhancements. You'll champion agile methodologies, cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation, and drive meaningful business outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership & Innovation:
Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that prioritizes virtual engagement excellence and customer experience, aligned with organizational goals.
Drive innovation and differentiation in IT solutions to enhance our virtual engagement platforms.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception through continuous improvement, ensuring products consistently deliver value.
Guide the transition to a product-centric model with a pipeline of impactful enhancements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to refine and deliver market-leading virtual engagement solutions.
Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture for secure, resilient, and scalable product designs.
Data & Performance Management:
Leverage data analytics to inform product strategy and decision-making processes.
Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance, focusing on utilization, usability, and impact.
Change Management & Adoption:
Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of IT products, enhancing user engagement and experience.
Utilize tools like Figma to optimize user journeys and improve stakeholder understanding.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Regularly communicate product vision and success metrics to IT and business stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
• Leading a cross-functional team to achieve measurable goals in virtual engagement.
• Defining KPIs for the product portfolio and refining products based on insights.
• Ensuring seamless customer experience across all channels within the product suite.
• Monitoring industry trends to drive innovation in the product portfolio.
• Developing a compelling product vision aligned with business objectives.
Essential Skills/Experience:
• Extensive experience in product management within biopharma, healthcare, or technology industries focused on virtual engagement.
• Proven leadership skills in managing high-performing teams.
• Strong track record of developing innovative IT solutions.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and performance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare technology industries.
• Significant experience in digital health, data analytics, and IT transformation.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages advantageous).
