Accountabilities:

As a Senior Manager in Content & Knowledge Product Management IT, you will transform the approach to content management and utilization within the organization. You will lead initiatives that promote the development of robust digital content solutions that add significant value to our stakeholders. You will champion the use of innovative technologies and methodologies to facilitate knowledge sharing. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership & Innovation:

  • Define the content and knowledge product strategy and roadmap that align with AstraZeneca's business objectives and enhance knowledge transfer across teams.

  • Drive innovation in content management systems and practices to ensure they remain competitive and user-friendly.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management:

  • Lead the design and optimization of content management and knowledge-sharing products, ensuring they meet user needs and deliver substantial business impact.

  • Collaborate with IT Business Partners, Delivery, and other departments to deploy solutions that improve content accessibility and management efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring product offerings align with user expectations and business requirements.

  • Facilitate relationships across departments to promote knowledge sharing and capitalize on opportunities for new product features and enhancements.

Data & Performance Management:

  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate product effectiveness and user engagement, informing future product iterations and innovations.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs for content utilization, quality, and impact on knowledge sharing efforts.

Change Management & Adoption:

  • Lead change management initiatives to promote successful adoption of content management solutions and knowledge-sharing practices.

  • Collaborate with organizational change teams to ensure smooth transitions and high adoption rates across the organization.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to content and knowledge management excellence.

  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to enhance content management and knowledge sharing across the organization.

  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and integration of content management solutions.

  • Monitoring industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in knowledge management approaches.

  • Crafting and communicating a compelling vision for content management initiatives that aligns with business goals.

  • Regularly reporting on product performance and strategic successes to key stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.

Essential Skills/Experience:
• Extensive experience in content management, knowledge management, or product management within the biopharma, healthcare, or technology sectors.
• Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams and delivering successful IT solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in content and knowledge management, preferably in a regulatory or clinical environment.
• Familiarity with digital content technologies, content management systems, and collaborative tools.
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards related to content management.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages advantageous).
