Sales Representative Specialist - Specialty/Hospital Sales

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the world of healthcare? As a Sales Representative Specialist, you'll be responsible for selling specific products or groups of products, focusing on technical expertise in therapeutic classes and patient needs.
You'll visit specialists and establish long-term relationships with key clients, driving sales performance and supporting the prescription of life-changing medicines.
Accountabilities:
- Successfully complete all training requirements, including product exams.
- Engage primary healthcare professionals in discussions about approved prescription indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support appropriate patient prescriptions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop local strategies and business plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Drive sales performance, ensuring forecasts and budgets meet or exceed expectations for the therapeutic area and territory.
- Maintain deep knowledge of market demographics and related sales information within the assigned territory.
- Adhere to regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and sample distribution.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of specific company products, therapeutic classes, and patient needs.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in engaging with healthcare providers about product indications, efficacy, and safety profiles.
- Sales Strategy: Competent in developing local strategies and business plans in collaboration with Sales Managers to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Awareness: Deep knowledge of market demographics and related sales information within the assigned territory.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adherence to regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and sample distribution.
- Result-Oriented: Strong drive to meet or surpass sales performance expectations.
