Associate Director - Global Supply Planning Process

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the change in ensuring process governance, harmonization, and the standardization of Supply Planning processes.

• Spearhead key improvement initiatives and manage change activities.

• Maintain active engagement in Network Planning and Supply Region improvement efforts.critical metrics and Information Systems.

• Collaborate with the Global Insights team and Digital & Analytics to enhance our business operations.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• A degree or equivalent experience in Business, Logistics, Sciences, or Engineering.

• Extensive experience in supply planning within the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in areas like manufacturing management, logistics, or purchasing.

• Ability to work effectively across international teams.

Desirable:

• Advanced education or equivalent experience in Economics, Supply Chain, or Information Systems.

• Independent problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus.

• Proven track record in process improvements, ideally Six Sigma/Green Belt certified.

• Strong project management skills and experience.

• Expertise in key Supply Chain systems like APO SNP and OMP.
