[Role description]
The in-country Finance Business Partner is a key local role, providing robust and insightful decision support to Business and Finance Management. This role is essential for enabling the delivery of our financial objectives, both operational and strategic.
[Typical Accountabilities]
- Act as a strategic advisor to business unit, providing financial expertise and insights to drive decision-making and business performance.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models and forecasts to support business planning and strategy.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and prioritize resource allocation.
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes.

[Qualifications]
