Commercial Capability Trainer
Role description
Instructs, trains, and facilitates commercial training activities. This includes planning and implementing all commercial training programs and training events related to capabilities and skill development workshops.
Typical Accountabilities
- Develops training and education to meet the needs identified in the commercial training plan, including product specific training or skill development.
- Works with external vendors in the development of training materials.
- Engages learners using a variety of facilitation and presentation techniques.
- Actively adapts learning solution delivery to ensure participants' continuous engagement.
- Works with Training Manager, Brand teams and Global/Region T&D teams to identify and prioritize the training needs for assigned client team.
- Assesses the effectiveness of training initiatives in to determine if the stated training objectives have been met.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree
- Language: Proven fluent English communication (verbal/written)
- Certifications: Coaching or Facilitation preferred
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years Pharma experience (sales, marketing) and at least 3 years’ experience in training department
