KCL（キーカスタマーリード）は、コマーシャルに所属しキーオピニオンリーダー（KOL）をリードし、会社の方向性を示すインサイト生成の戦略的実行をサポートする役割をになう部門である。

KCLはアレクシオンのCSP（コマーシャル・スピーカー・プログラム）の計画と実行において、マーケティング、セールス、およびその他の関連チームと連携して活動する。その為、KCLのメンバーには、チームワーク、コラボレーション、および高度な専門的知識が必要とされ、加えてアレクシオンのカルチャーの中で成長するチームプレーヤーが望まれる。

KCLは、コマーシャル組織におけるフィールドベースのシニアポジションでBU headの直属となる。

You will be responsible for:

• HN事業本部（血液・腎疾患）KCLは血液・腎の関連疾患領域におけるKOLとの関係の構築、スピーカーとしてのトレーニング、およびその開発・育成に注力し、マーケティングとセールスの戦略的実行をCSP・その他のマーケティング施策を通してリードする役割を担う。
• KOLのプロフィールとインフルエンスマッピングを明らかにし、KOL開発のためのエンゲージメントプランを作成し、その進捗について管理するとともにCSPを提案する。
• スピーカーのスライドデッキの作成において、講演内容の構成とコアスライドを提案するとともにスライドReviewのサポートを行いスピーカーをリードする。
• マーケティング戦略に影響を与える可能性のある関係疾患領域において、その疾患のあらたな知見と治療の変化を洞察し、メディカルアフェアーズと協力し、マーケティングにフィードバックする。
• スピーカーとチェアパーソンにトレーニングを行い、講演おいてアレクシオンの要求するルールを遵守するようリードする。
• KCLはメディカルサイエンスリエゾンなどのフィールドパートナーと連携し、共通の顧客に対し相互補完的にKOLの開発を行う

You will need to have:

• 「血液・腎領域の専門知識」、「戦略的な思考」、「高い対人能力とコミニケーションスキル」、「客観的な分析力」が求められる。
• 英語論文の高い読解力が求められる。
• エクセル、パワーポイントでの資料作成スキルが求められる。
•  CSPセミナーなどProject Managementの経験が必要。
•  血液・腎領域担当経験があれば尚可
• MR経験7年以上
• TOEICスコア600以上
• KOL育成経験
• 血液・腎の領域経験３年以上
• 大学担当MRの経験３年以上
• 出張対応が可能であること
