About the role

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive brand marketing strategies for our neurology product portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term brand vision and driving market expansion strategies to optimize patient pathways to care. Your focus will include market share leadership, financial management of the brand budget, product forecasting, life-cycle management, and coaching and mentoring the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.
  • Lead cross-functional commercial and project teams to deliver brand objectives and ensure alignment with overall marketing and business objectives
  • Champion the brand vision and strategy with the medical and sales teams to drive engagement
  • Responsible for accurate brand forecasting including volume & patient models which are validated against external data sources to ensure accuracy
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy.
  • Establish KPIs for marketing activities and monitor progress, defining success metrics, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Manage the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital & social media.
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Oversee brand budget management and allocation to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Specialty brand marketing experience, with over 5 years’ experience leading a brand/portfolio and cross functional team
  • Product launch experience
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and brand management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful brand marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in brand marketing and digital technologies.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical brand management with a track record of effective implementation of plans and campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of the patient experience from diagnosis throughout their journey.
  • Demonstrable strategic and tactical approach with a focus on effective decision making and results.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to assess and drive results.
  • Experience managing complex projects at the project management level.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to develop specific plans to address different challenges at a customer level.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in driving business acumen and valuable insights to drive results through optimal decision making, influencing without a formal leadership position.
