Introduction to role

The ECS Enterprise Platform team is responsible for managing and optimizing key enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow and Moveworks, while driving digital transformation initiatives. The team ensures platform stability, scalability, and performance that drives organizational growth and value optimization.

The objective of the proposal is to onboard an intern into the Enterprise Platforms team to support in strategic Enterprise Platform initiatives, contribute to Transformation projects and support in Platform process improvements.

Intern candidate should have the following basic qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with data analysis (e.g., Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) and coloration (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint) tools.
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is desirable.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
