Typical Accountabilities:
• Works closely with Director of Sales Training to ensure training needs are aligned with the needs of the sales force and Brand Teams
• Manages Sales Trainers in delivering product related and leadership training and initiatives
• Sets objectives, coaches/mentors, assesses performance and addresses skill development for team of Sales Trainers
• Manages resource allocation, training budget, and high level relationships with external vendors
• May occasionally conduct high level training

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Essential: Bachelors degree; Thorough understanding of market dynamics within therapeutic area; Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, coach, and develop; Demonstrated presentation, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills
• Desirable: Training experience; Previous exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business such as Operations, Brand Team or Managed Markets
