Introduction to role
Become part of our energetic Operations Data Office team, where you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing improved data management practices vital to our Ops 2025 and Ops 2030 strategic plans. In the role of Senior Analyst, you will be the business point of contact; with experience in delivering day-to-day technical support, providing detailed analysis, diagnosis and resolution on technical issues and improvement opportunities, in partnership with IT, across the Operations Data landscape. You will be involved in the evolution of automation of business processes using sustainable AI capabilities, evaluating business processes, anticipating AI requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and sustaining day-to-day operational activities.
Accountabilities
Proactively work with stakeholders to assess and define business needs and areas for improvement across the Operations Data Office data processes, systems & tooling landscape, including proposal of automation solutions.
Own the development, management & enhancement of automation & AI solutions for NPI process & other data processes.
Identify new opportunities to leverage AI, RPA on automation to improve data management capabilities.
Be the primary partner to IT teams to drive technical activities needed, including issue resolution and converting business requirements into functional and technical requirements, ensuring the technical solution will deliver the agreed business benefits.
Ensure systems & AI solutions are user-friendly, reliable and scalable.
Oversee the daily management of an activity’s detailed aspects and its scope to guarantee on-time completion.
Be a subject matter expert on technical & AI solutions, advising on the latest trends & bringing best-in-class innovative solutions.
Effectively identify stakeholders and build and maintain relationships according to individual stakeholder needs and levels of influence.
Contribute to communication plans and change management for projects and stakeholders.
Keep all activity-related documentation up-to-date, and report on activity progress.
Lead on any testing approach requirements for the Operations Data Office.
Ensure seamless training & handover to maintain operational efficacy.
Essential Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred)
5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI-driven automation solutions, particularly within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Experience using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business IT change
Proven ability to gather user requirements and ensure that the solution aligns with the needs of team members.
Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Chatbot, ChatGPT, or similar, with a track record of applying these technologies to solve complex business challenges.
Deep understanding of automation technologies, including robotic process automation (RPA), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning algorithms.
Proven technical experience in systems including SAP, MDG, Celonis, Winshuttle, Automation Anywhere, PowerBi
Strong engagement, communication and facilitation skills, including presentation and influencing skills
Experience of working in a global organisation
Ability to effectively partner with, & handle delivery of, IT counterparts.
Exposure to project management and / or Agile methodology.
Exposure to developing and delivering solution training materials
Candidates must be willing and handle to work hours aligned to different time zones such as US, Europe, and India time zones.
