We are looking for a diligent and motivated IT Professional with a solid focus on release management and business processes, who has hands-on experience with SAP systems. In this pivotal role, you will document business processes across the organization, ensuring seamless integration with SAP functionality. Collaborate closely with IT and business teams, using tools like SAP Solution Manager, BIC, and Jira for process modeling and lifecycle management. Are you up for the challenge?
Accountabilities:
- Manage a small team to support the Design, Build, and Test processes in the Axial program.
- Ensure end-to-end business processes flow from BIC to Solution Manager to enable the linkage between business process and technical solution.
- Process any change requests to business process and assess the impact on build and test.
- Collaborate with partners to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support the use of SAP Solution Manager for process documentation, testing, and change control.
- Assist in aligning SAP functionality with business processes across SAP modules.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a role focused on business process support or analysis.
- 8 to 10 years of working knowledge of SAP ERP (at least one core module) and its impact on business operations.
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager for documentation and testing support.
- Experience using business process modelling tools, (ideally BIC but others applicable).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bridge IT and business perspectives.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Exposure to SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
- Understanding of process frameworks such as BPMN.
- Basic experience with reporting tools like Power BI.
- Familiarity with IT change and release management processes.
