About the role
The role will focus on One-India Branding and Campus strategy and will work closely with the business leaders and be responsible for creating a strong and differentiated employer brand that inspires our existing and potential employees excited to work at AstraZeneca. The incumbent in this role would implement the Talent Brand Story and deploy the employee value proposition. This role will bring to life employee & candidate experiences, build advocacy and talent ambassadors.
Job Description & Key Accountabilities
Lead and build employment branding efforts and implement the Talent Brand Story at AstraZeneca, India
Build and execute Talent Acquisition recruitment marketing approach, leveraging internal audience as well as third party social and digital programs, events and assets, positioning AstraZeneca as employer of choice in all SETs
Collaborate with Business, Corporate Communications & Talent Acquisition Partners to develop and manage recruitment marketing programs, employee branding, campaigns and events to solve specific business challenges through digital and offline channels
Deploying the Employee Value Proposition and key topics for Early Talents in line with the AstraZeneca’s directives and customized to the local Indian market.
Plan, create, design, implement and maintain the content on social media tools such as Glassdoor, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and job portals. Drive campaigns and content plans to compliment recruiting efforts.
Expand AstraZeneca’s online presence, develop creative ways to inspire prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media.
Drive social ambassador network internally, working in collaboration with business teams, content flow, events and experiences to boost pride amongst employees
Build talent communities and network with external forums, universities and associations to enhance AstraZeneca presence on Social Media & offline platforms.
Develop early talent hiring strategies to meet business demands. Conceptualize, design and execute the early talent program including engagement with universities, initiatives and internships
Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast early talent hiring needs and leverage functional expertise , industry knowledge and trends to identify channels to attract early talent across campuses
Build and engage passive pools for our key skill and competencies to support Talent Acquisition Partners in their hiring needs and drive this for Early Talent by building through University relations through the year
Report progress against success / ROI of recruiting marketing efforts. Recommend insights and drive strategic improvement actions.
Essential Requirements
Post-Graduation from a reputed institute with 8-10 years of Employer Branding/Brand Marketing experience in a fast paced/high growth company.
Good understanding of company brand & talent brand and understand impact on business
Scientific and business acumen with good understanding of talent pools
Experience in program managing, developing communication plans and content calendars across multiple platforms.
Experience of early talent management and working with University/ campus ambassadors
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Passionate and curious about workplace culture, inclusion & diversity and employee & candidate experience.
Ability to build global cross-functional collaboration across corporate communications, marketing, early talent and business teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills.
