About the Role

As a CVRM Omnichannel Manager, you will play a pivotal role as part of the CVRM team, working across all brands and customer groups and reporting to the CVRM Strategic Projects Lead. You will help our brands achieve leadership among priority customers by integrating omnichannel strategies and leveraging deep customer and channel insights.

Omnichannel marketing at AstraZeneca is a critical approach that enables seamless engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) across all channels, delivering an integrated, informed, and connected customer experience that generates value for both AstraZeneca and our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of a holistic, seamless experience for our customers.
  • Deploy omnichannel communications to achieve business objectives.
  • Generate insights to drive continuous improvement of campaigns and ensure alignment with brand objectives, goals, and budgets.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate online elements of the omnichannel brand plan.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-focused omnichannel (OC) plans.
  • Challenge the brand team to evolve strategies, incorporating OC and digital approaches.
  • Demonstrate ownership of online and innovative digital activities aligned with brand strategy.
  • Work closely with the brand team and IBEX to analyze market data and identify opportunities for enhanced stakeholder engagement.

Candidate Profile

  • Experienced in Marketing or Communications.
  • Proven background in Omnichannel and Digital Marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in brand plans and project implementation.
  • Collaborative team player with experience in cross-functional roles.
  • Strong influencing skills; curious, proactive, and self-motivated.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels, with a solid understanding of integrated omnichannel ecosystems to enhance engagement with HCPs.
