Senior Manager, HPP HCP Marketing
This is what you will do:
The Senior Manager, HPP HCP Marketing will support the development and execution of HCP marketing materials and congresses in alignment with brand strategy for hypophosphatasia. This role will lead the team’s HCP congress strategy and execution, support HCP marketing material development, manage inquiries and follow up with the field sales team, and support promotional review activities.
This role will serve as a key player of the HCP marketing team, supporting approved products as well as future product launches. This role will play a critical role between the Marketing, Field, and Training teams, ensuring that field needs, training priorities, and brand objectives are effectively connected. The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable owning individual marketing deliverables while coordinating the broader stakeholder network required to bring them to completion.
You will be responsible for:
- Own the team’s HCP congress experience, including congress strategy, planning, booth development, material coordination, stakeholder alignment, event logistics, and on-site execution.
- Lead individual marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring that content is aligned with approved core messaging, brand strategy, customer needs, and applicable review requirements.
- Support the management of promotional review activities, including preparation and submission of materials, coordination of cross-functional feedback, tracking of action items, and management of approval timelines.
- Serve as the primary conduit between the Training team and Marketing, ensuring alignment on field feedback, training needs, product or initiative priorities, and related marketing materials.
- Build effective working relationships with Field, Training, Brand, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Operations, agencies, and other partners in a complex cross-functional environment.
- Manage RAM field requests, questions, and concerns by coordinating timely responses and identifying opportunities to address recurring field needs through content, training, or other marketing solutions.
You will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Fluent in English (written and spoken language)
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably within HCP marketing, marketing operations, or field engagement.
- A proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented approach, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving, and nimble environment.
- Experience in managing external agencies and/or vendors on a day-to-day basis and strong budget management capabilities
- The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. - Must be able and willing to travel ~25% of the time as business requires
We would prefer for you to have:
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience planning and executing HCP congresses, conferences, or other professional events.
- Experience partnering effectively with field team members and responding to field feedback, requests, and concerns.
- Experience supporting the creation of print and digital marketing materials, including adapting approved content for specific audiences or channels and managing the promotional review process
The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $115,795 to $173,693. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
