Director, U.S. HCP Marketing Strategy, HSCT-TMA
This is what you will do:
As part of the Hematology and Nephrology (Hem/Neph) U.S. commercial team, the Director, U.S. HCP Marketing Strategy, HSCT-TMA will report to the marketing lead aHUS/TMA and partners with the US cross-functional and global teams to drive HSCT-TMA strategies and tactics.This is a unique opportunity to support a launch with a major impact on the success of our leading Alexion product in a new indication. This individual will play a critical role in finalizing the launch plan and identifying critical launch success factors and developing and executing tactics and programs for market shaping and launch success.
You will be responsible for:
Leading the US commercial launch preparationand execution for a new TMA indication, including identification of priorities, definition and execution of HCP strategieswith the support of a senior manager
Lead the creation and execution of brand plans, including disease educationand HCP initiatives.
Creating and executingHCP tactics, inclusive of personal and non-personal disease education and product promotion
Developing commercial insights generation plans such as market research and advisory board, KOL target lists and coordinating with appropriate cross-functional teams on KOL engagement plans for HSCT-TMA
Working collaboratively across US commercial team, with close collaboration with Patient marketing director aHUS/TMA and AD digital marketing aHUS/TMA, as well as key cross functional partners like global team, medical affairs, market access, patient advocacy, legal and compliance to support flawless execution of launch planning for HSCT-TMA
Refinelaunch brand value proposition and message platform for the US, in partnership with global marketing, medical, HEOR, patient advocacy and market access
Developing launch strategy and execution plan across personal and non-personal channel for HCPs
Partner closely with sales leadership, TLL leadership and training to ensure alignment and flawless execution
Develop strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders, and specialty centers.
Foster an innovative and patient-centric culture throughout launch activities.
Managing brand AOR and other agencies as well as launch budget, providing regular updates to executive leadership.
Monitor and evaluate launch performance metrics, adapting HCP tactics and strategy as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies in promotional activities.
You will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field required
8+ years’ experience in Biotech/pharma, with at least 3+ years in rare disease or specialty marketing.
Strong understanding of US commercialization strategies, market access challenges, and patient/care pathway in rare diseases.
Previousexperience preparing and executing a launch in the U.S. is required
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstratedtrack record and ability to drive results as an effective team member and cross-functional leader.
Must demonstrate an energy, enthusiasm and passion which brings a positive approach to all challenges and team
Strong project management, collaboration, relationship building / networking skills
Ability to engage in scientific discussions with KOLs for commercial purposes
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
High sense of ethics and responsibility
Ability to travel as required to meet business needs, up to ~30%

Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PharmD, etc.)
Prior experience at Director level in Marketing.
Prior experience in Hematology, Transplantation or Immunology
Prior experience working with multi-disciplinary care teams, influencing clinical protocol developmentand navigating hospital in-patient dynamics
