Manager - Strategy & Commercial Excellence

Position Purpose
- Collaborate across all levels within various functions spanning business units, operations, Finance, Legal Compliance and Global functions to be able to implement activities related to commercial strategy, pricing strategies and digital initiatives
- Support development of short-and long-term strategic plans for business units
- Manage and streamline launch excellence processes for new products / indications
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence in aiding strategy decisions and Business development
- Partner with digital service providers and offer novel solutions to business problem statements
- Support on marketing excellence , enhancing digital capabilities
- Build forecasting models to support in-market cases / new product launch viability
Internal Key Customers: Country Leadership, Sales and Marketing leadership, Finance, IT, Medical & Regulatory, Operations, Distribution Above market functions(area , region & global)
External Customers:MR agencies, Consultants, Digital service providers
Professional Requirements
Essential for the role:
- MBA from Tier 1 or Premium B-School
- Min. 6-8 years of work experience; Min. 3 years in consulting in top tier firms.
- At least 2-3 years project management experience
- Executed Joint Business Plans with Cross functional teams
- Highly skilled in Collaboration to develop alliances and partnerships.
- Ability to manage complex situations.
- Willingness to travel within India.
- Project management certification/ knowledge of tools
- Good with MS-Excel and Power point
Desirable for the role
- Understanding of India Pharma Market
- Ability to think out of box and drive innovation.
