This is what you will do:
As an integral part of Alexion’s dynamic and growing GVAP team, the Pricing AdminstratorLead will have primary responsibility for the implementation of XXX across the GVAP function. You will be responsible for leading the price implementation and analytics function providing the strategic input to pricing and reimbursement submissions for Alexion AstraZeneca Rare Diseaseproduct portfolio. As a member of the GVAP team, the Pricing AdminstratorLead role will need to demonstrate cross-functional engagement, collaborative and strategic mindset, business acumen and strong leadership skills.
You will be responsible for:
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Conduct reference pricing impact analysis to support BC requests and manage the reference pricing analysis for annual planning cycles
Manage pricing certificate requests, legalization, and maintaining an internal global pricing database
Manage price list/SKU updates and ensure accurate pricing is reflected in all systems.
Assist in the development of pricing tools and systems to enhance pricing processes.
Partner with regional and local colleagues to ensure that the market access dashboard (P&R timeline and decisions) is up to date
Undertake analyses and provide summary reports of the outcomes of P&R negotiations for internal communication.
Develop and maintain external insights/resources for global pricing and reimbursement landscape, Lead on the input of P&R risks and opportunities for Alexion portfolio.
Monitor and report GVAP targets and KPIs to make recommendations for improved efficiency and performances.
You will need to have:
3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry or as a consultant.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related field is preferred.
Experience preferably includes development and implementation of pricing and market access system and practices in an international, multi-lingual and cross-cultural environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
