In the Oncology Business Unit we relentlessly follow the science, challenging the status quo to deliver more effective treatments to patients in need. As a Product Specialist, in AstraZeneca Oncology, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering life-changing medicines to patients.
What you’ll do
- Drive sales performance and deliver brand KPIs and financial targets to meet and/or exceed assigned objectives and position AstraZeneca as a leader in Oncology
- Understand the business, providing stakeholders’ and key accounts’ insights than will optimize plan, deliverables, and results and build networks to ensure effective patient journey through the accounts
- Deliver results through consistent analysis of business opportunities and seamless implementations of action plan, addressing challenges with a sense of urgency and high energy
- Build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to meet shared objectives (internal stakeholders /peers) and serve as a link to succeed optimal results (external stakeholders /HCPs)
Essential for the role
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences educational background will be considered an asset)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Oncology or Specialty Care
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- High scientific profile able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Business acumen with Strategic & Analytical thinking
- Motivated and results oriented
- Fluency in Greek and English language (both written and verbal)
Desirable for the role
- Master’s Degree
- Sales experience in lung therapeutical oncology area
