What you’ll do

• Drive sales performance and deliver brand KPIs and financial targets to meet and/or exceed assigned objectives & position AstraZeneca as leader in CVRM
• Engage with healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients
• Serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain networks with HCPs in/out of the assigned key account management environment
• Manage the implementation of the account plan securing cross-functional resources where required
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market and diseases area
• Work closely with all external & internal stakeholders directly involved in the patient journey to gain a deep understanding of their needs in order AZ to contribute with meaningful solutions

Essential for the role

• Bachelor’s degree (life sciences educational background will be considered an asset)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharma industry
• Experience in Effective management of Key Accounts
• Results oriented
• Ιnterpersonal and communication skills
• Business Acumen with Strategic & Analytical thinking
• Fluency in Greek and English language (both written and verbal)

Desirable for the role

• Master’s Degree
• Experience in Nephrology or Diabetology
