Your Opportunity:

Talent & Development is thrilled to welcome a dynamic T&D Functional Lead – Learning Systems to our Operations and Technology Solutions team. Collaborating with the Learning Tech Service Delivery and Release Lead, this role is pivotal. You'll oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our learning systems and technologies. Your mission? Ensure our learning systems meet the diverse needs of our learners, align with strategic business priorities, and deliver efficient and effective learning experiences.

What We Do:

  • Learning Systems Product Ownership: You'll act as the system product owner for AZ global learning systems, ensuring their effective implementation, maintenance, and integration with our learning systems ecosystem. Your goal is a seamless user experience for all learners and administrators.
  • Learning System Integration: Collaborate with global IT to seamlessly integrate learning systems and technologies, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability with existing learning ecosystem platforms, HR, and talent management systems.
  • Requirements Gathering and Analytics: Work closely with partners to gather and analyze business requirements for learning systems, translating them into functional specifications and implementation plans. Your focus? Meeting the needs of diverse user groups.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Lead the test strategy and plan for product enhancement releases and guide test scope/strategy for new solution implementations.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with learning system vendors, from selection to ongoing performance evaluation, ensuring successful implementation, customization, and support.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Leverage learning system analytics and reporting capabilities to gather insights, measure learning effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous development.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and leading system implementation projects
  • Familiarity with learning standards and protocols like SCORM, xAPI, etc.
  • Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex information in business language
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Experience working within matrix project teams, including virtual collaboration across multiple regions
