Engagement Analyst
Join AstraZeneca's External Expert Engagement Services (E3S) Team as an Engagement Analyst!
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our General Business Services (GBS) unit as an Engagement Analyst. This entry-level role is perfect for those with a customer service attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Application and Request Management: Review and ensure the completeness of incoming External Expert/Patient engagement applications and requests.
Triaging and Guidance: Manage the triaging of requests to appropriate reviewers and business areas, providing expert guidance to ensure timely acquisition of necessary approvals.
Preliminary Contracting Reviews: Conduct preliminary reviews to prevent engagement with barred or restricted entities, ensuring compliance.
Contract and Agreement Management: Oversee the timely execution of Letters of Agreement (LOAs) and contracts in line with service level agreements, ensuring all documentation is received before program start dates.
Data Collection and Compliance: Collect key data elements to adhere to physician payment reporting requirements (Open Payments, EFPIA), collaborating closely with the payment team.
Communication and Coordination: Facilitate provider requests for LOA/contract changes, ensuring effective and prompt communication with all partners.
Essential Skills/Experience:

Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Multitasking and Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize activities, and work independently to adjust workloads as needed.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Salesforce, Excel, Word, and quick adoption of AstraZeneca's administrative tools.
Ethical Integrity: High ethical standards with a commitment to operating with discretion.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Pharmaceutical Experience: Prior experience in biopharmaceutical industry roles (Sales, Marketing, Research & Development, Compliance, Legal, Procurement) or consulting with pharmaceutical clients.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance, finance, auditing, quality assurance/control, SOX, and risk management.
Global Perspective: Experience working in a multicultural global environment.
