Job Description

AstraZeneca is looking for a Payment Analyst to join our Global Business Services (GBS) – Compliance, Legal and Contracting Operations (CLCO) E3S team. This role is crucial in managing technical and administrative aspects of payment coordination for E3S systems and processes related to Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and external expert (EE). You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant processing of payments in accordance with policies, procedures, regulations, and transparency/disclosure reporting requirements. Accountabilities

As a Digital Compliance Specialist you will be contributing to the global digital assurance strategy, managing the web domains portfolio, ensuring compliance adherence, and supporting digital strategies for markets and brands. The specialist will collaborate with IT, legal, commercial and business teams, coordinate with other assurance specialists, and manage the global digital catalogue, to ensure compliance across all the externally facing digital property related to AstraZeneca and protect our footprint.

Requirements

  • Contribute to the delivery of the global digital assurance strategy by identifying areas of service growth and promote process enhancement.
  • Deliver on key capabilities to support markets' and brands' digital strategies (Internal Stakeholders- Commercial team for each country)
  • Deliver on compliance adherence goals and SLAs as defined by the assurance team (Quarterly compliance property - Scan and review, Audits)
  • Lead on the management for the web domains portfolio including vendor and client support (DNS (Domain Name Server), change requests, acquisitions, brand protection strategy) - Competent technical / systems experience and skills.
  • Build awareness of the risk and response to emerging digital trends within the global marketing area 
  • Lead and provide support on projects related to the governance and compliance of global digital assets (websites, mobile applications, social media platforms/accounts) 
  • Interact with asset owners, digital/regional leads and IT leads. 
  • Create and present supporting content for key senior stakeholder interactions. 

Desirable

  • Experience working in a global or multi-national organization. 
  • Experience managing DNS records and domain configuration.
  • Familiarity with Digital Content Policy frameworks.
