Senior Business Support Specialist
Business Support Specialist will provide a variety of business support in different projects to all R&D departments in Europe and NAM. Will act globally in fast-changing environment, will use modern solutions and digital tools and an excellent English on a daily basis.
Tasks may include support in different projects, processes and systems, with usage of modern digital tools.
Typical Accountabilities
- Support in administrative tasks such as organizing business travels, setting expenses, ordering goods
- When required support different projects requested by R&D departments in Europe and in NAM (such as Purchase orders processing, Capital Management or Information & Presentation Design etc.)
- Independently and pro-actively resolves issues and challenges related to supported projects and actively searches for continuous improvement in all areas to simplify ways of working
- Proactively promotes modern digital tools like Modern SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Forms to help maintain “Digital R&D”
- Meets all SLAs and KPIs established for R&D Central Business Support Team
- Assures all activities are compliant with AZ rules, values and behaviors
REQUIREMENTS:
Essential:
- Fluency in English (min B2)
- Prior business support or customer service type of experience
- Ability to follow complex, global processes
- Attention to details
- Experience of working in a fast-paced global environment balancing competing priorities
- Experience of working across functions and geographies
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidentially with local and global leaders
- Agility, flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business demands
- Good listening and learning skills
- Strong teamworking
Desirable:
- Experience in communication with high level stakeholders
- Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe skills
