HR Advice & Guidance Lead (Poland , Germany, Sweden)
Location: Warsaw - hybrid work
Reporting to EMEA Advice & Guidance Director, leading Advice & Guidance team (both off-shore and in-country) for several markets to deliver exceptional support to Line Managers & Employees on a wide range of people activities. Responsible for providing best in class service being the first point of contact and gate for the HR related queries. Will manage the day-to-day operations within the area and be responsible for implementing policies and ensuring compliance. Is likely to have professional Human Resources qualification. Lead a team of people services advisors. Provide guidance to more junior staff.
Typical Accountabilities:
- Manages people services Advisory & support delivery in a geographic or equivalent area, delivering HR programmes and plans that support the organisation’s objectives and incorporate the mid to long term business and GBS / HR strategic priorities
- Oversees others to deliver core HR processes, including HRBP support, reward, performance management and recruitment, partnering with shared service / skill centres where appropriate
- Play a key connecting role in service delivery between GBS PS Towers (Advice & Guidance, Workforce Data Services, Talent Acquisition Operations, and Global Payroll & Time)
- Drives automation and simplification of processes
- Workstream Lead for GBS People Services across multiple global projects, managing key stakeholders and driving delivery
- Accountable for service performance and mitigate issues (within the Tower)
- Collaborate closely with HR colleagues globally to share best practice, drive ideas forward and ensure consistent of service
- Day to day operational running of the My HR team to ensure optimal use of resource
- Ensures delivery of HR support to the business through phone, email and live chat, acting as a point of escalation for more complex queries or challenging customers
- Co-ordinates the day-to-day operations of the My HR Advisory Team to ensure the organization's current and future needs are met efficiently and reliably
- Evaluates the SLA, C-SAT and other quality data to make sure we deliver according to set targets
- Provides monthly reporting data for Governance dashboard purposes
- Interacts with local stakeholders from different countries to assure right level of service is delivered from the team and customers have the right level of expectations
- Ensures team members are highly motivated and identify training needs to enable the right level of competence
- Drive GBS People Services Team to prioritise content and performance of Ask AZ Portal, increasing self-service and increasing case deflection
- Identify opportunities the My HR Advisory Team can improve the employee and manager experience around ‘Moments that Matter.’
- Works with management to understand business priorities and tailor HR support to local requirements
- Mentors more junior staff and identified talent for development
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Experience/comfort in working with and managing senior stakeholders across the business
- Fluent English
- Rigorous and analytical thinking
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, PowerBI, and emerging HR digital/automation tools
- Independent and collaborate worker
- Developed commercial and analytical skills
- Professional HR qualification
Desirable:
- Post Graduate HR Qualification
