■ 職務内容 / Job Description
•Develop and execute brand communication strategies and manage measurement for communications programs with support of managers
•Contribute to the development of public relations plans that support the objectives of the Japan and GCA scorecard and to the development of corporate and brand strategies
•Plan, draft, write, edit communications intended for external audiences including press releases, Q&A’s, reserve press statements, and fact sheets, for our brands and corporate topics with support of managers
•Pitch media to showcase our therapeutic area leadership
•Participate in necessary PR strategic and work meetings and provide strategic counsel as appropriate
•Work closely with product and corporate communications managers and associates, Government Affairs colleagues, and Patient Advocacy colleagues to deliver comprehensive communication programs
•Enlist the support of managers as needed to ensure delivery of effective and appropriate communication materials
•Manage and work effectively with public relations agencies and other vendors and partners
•Participate in Corporate Affairs cross-functional initiatives

• Media communications, brand communications, or corporate communications experience
• Understand the media landscape and how the media works
• Media relations networking skills
• Collaborative and inclusive working style with all levels of an organization

• Can manage multiple projects/internal clients and effectively coordinates with other team members and cross-functional colleagues
<歓迎 / Nice to have>
• 3+ years work experience in communications at a multinational company or international division
• Experience working effectively with or in public relations agencies and other strategic and creative vendors
• Public relations background or journalism experience
• Healthcare or pharma industry experience
• Understand industry complexities, incl. healthcare systems, compliance guidelines, ethical standards, and pharma jargon
