Brand and Project Manager (Sweden or Denmark) – Alexion (AstraZeneca)

As a Brand and Project Manager for Alexion, a key division of AstraZeneca, you will be at the forefront of developing national commercial relationships and driving value-adding activities.
What You Will Do
As our Brand and Project Manager, you will lead brand and customer activities through strategic marketing initiatives and effective project management. Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, integrating insights from Value & Access, Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and Digital teams to build cohesive and innovative marketing strategies. Your project management skills will ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives. Develop omni-channel engagement plans and handle relationships with key stakeholders to develop customer focus and drive value-adding activities. Additionally, you will lead all aspects of the creation and localization of marketing materials, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
What We Need From You
Develop market understanding and gain insights into stakeholder needs, patient journeys, and product landscape. Identify growth opportunities and barriers in collaboration with the cross-functional team.
Define, lead, and implement marketing activities and projects to deliver on the brand strategy. Achieve tactical objectives and landmarks within the Disease Plan for assigned indications. Plan, schedule, and coordinate sources for timely project completion. Establish an omni-channel engagement plan with cross-functional and Digital teams, bringing to bear digital marketing tools to improve brand visibility. Build, localize, and be responsible for the approval of marketing materials, including Veeva/Promomat system management. Lead marketing agencies in developing local materials and communication tools. Allocate resources efficiently and handle budgets. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Value & Access, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, RDAP, and other teams. Support key account management plans based on patient journey issues. Share standard methodologies across the CENE region to improve team performance. Collaborate with International/Global teams to align market needs with product strategy and launch plans. Build and maintain positive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other partners.
Desirable Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry marketing.
- Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills.
- Experience in rare disease, neurology, haematology, nephrology, endocrinology, or oncology is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and the national health system.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in one Nordic language and English.
