Oncology (Senior) Brand Manager
Role description
The Senior Brand Manager for the GI Cancer Product is a brand leader tasked with driving business growth in the GI cancer market and spearheading launch readiness initiatives for indication expansion. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best solutions, setting the highest standards for execution and strategic excellence.

Typical Accountabilities
- Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy for the GI cancer product in line with global brand strategies.
- Market Analysis and Insight: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitive dynamics, emerging trends, and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, medical affairs, market access, corporate affairs and regulatory teams to ensure the seamless execution of brand strategies.
- Marketing Initiatives: Lead the planning and execution of innovative marketing campaigns and programs designed to increase brand adoption and market growth.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Monitor brand performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve strategic goals.
- Budget Management: Oversee the brand budget, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient use of resources.
- Leadership and Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Analytical Excellence: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Forecasting Expertise: Proficiency in developing and managing accurate sales forecasts and market projections to inform strategic decisions.
- Communication Proficiency: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely both in Korean and English.
- Innovative Thinking: Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Language: Fluent English communication skills (speaking/writing)
Work Experience: At least 8 years in pharmaceutical field including marketing for Sr. Brand manager / At least 3 years for Brand manager
