BD Associate Manager
[Job Description]
Business Development Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s growth initiatives by identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, developing and executing on-going business case, and manage alliance partners through cross functional collaboration. Become a communication channel as representative of AZK vs. external local pharm companies. Engage cross functional team to manage the issues related with co-promotion brands and partners.
[Typical Accountabilities]
-Lead and Support Ongoing BD Projects
- Prepare Business Cases: Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to gather information for business cases
- Engage Stakeholders: Involve stakeholders from local, regional, and global levels in a timely manner, effectively interacting to gain support and endorsement
- Financial Analysis: Provide financial analyses to support decision-making.
-Evaluate New External/Internal Products
- Evaluation: Aid in the scientific and commercial evaluation by coordinating with Medical, Market Access, and BU
- Feedback and Reporting: Contribute to providing timely feedback to global and regional teams on sales forecasting and product evolution in Korea.
- Identify Opportunities: Identify local opportunities for in-licensing, co-promotion, out-licensing, etc.
-Manage Operations with Current Partners
- OC/SC meetings with partners
- Follow up on compliance issues, service fees and daily transactions
- Facilitate communication on various issues related to partnership products.

- Good working knowledge of commercial finance
[Qualifications]
- Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in pharmacy, science, business, marketing, or a related field
- Language: Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical industry at BD or commercial department
