Associate Manager, Reward
[Role description]
Manage local compensation and benefits provision and ensure compliance with global standards and local requirements in alignment with business and HR strategies.
[Typical Accountabilities]
- Implement, administer and review compensation and benefits programs that are cost-effective and that provide strong competitive positioning.
- Organize and manage annual salary review, promotion and ad-hoc reviews etc.
- Conduct a comprehensive review of all C&B processes to ensure compliance to company’s policy, efficiency & best practice, implementing changes where necessary.
- Participate in market surveys and analysis compensation competitiveness vs. market.
- Plan, monitor and forecast labor cost with budget vs. actual analysis.
- Review & update C&B HR policies in accordance with Labor Standards Act, company policy enhancement, global policy alignment.
- Act as a business advisor to support governance of compensation and benefits programs, offering advice and assistance in developing reward offerings.
- Oversee and manage the delivery of annual compensation reviews such as base salary, bonus, long-term incentives and benefits where needed.
- Support in the communication of reward decisions both within and outside the HR team.
- Participate in union negotiation to support in the discussion of the market competitiveness in compensation and benefits.
- Support the local implementation of any new globally defined compensation and benefits methodologies and/or processes.
- HRBP role for global functions to support above market leaders to understand local Reward approach and people matters.
[Qualifications]
-Education: Bachelors Degree (HR related specialty is plus)
-Language: Fluent in verbal and written English Communication
-Work Experience: 8-10 years working experience in C&B or HR in MNC
-Competencies:
• Ability to manage both strategic and operational HR activities
• Strong analytical skills and data insights
• Being proactive and strong ownership with a quality of work
• Solid project management with minimum supervision
• Expert knowledge of general HR and C&B policies, process and procedures.
• HR System (Workday) knowledge and experience preferred
