Are you an administrative expert with a passion for supporting senior leaders and managing office operations? Join AstraZeneca as an Administrative Coordinator and be a vital part of our innovative team! You will report to the VP of Manufacturing and Facilities.

You Will:

  • Manage office operations and vendor coordination

  • Oversee calendar management, scheduling virtual and in-person meetings across multiple time zones.

  • Arrange multi-location domestic and international travel, and handle expense reporting.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring efficient logistics and preparation of materials.

  • Lead special projects as assigned, ensuring completion.

  • Contribute to creating a business support team, facilitating good cross-team collaboration.

  • Ability to interact confidently with executives and employees at all levels.

  • Experience providing high quality, professional support service, working proactively and independently without day-to-day direction.

  • Be the primary contact for the Tarzana site and act as a backup for the Santa Monica locations.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an administrative role providing direct support to VP-level executives or higher.

  • Experience in a dynamic environment with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Concur, Coupa and SharePoint.

  • Experience in office management and vendor coordination.

  • Multitasking while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $63,200 to $94,800. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
