What you’ll do

As a Therapeutical Area Manager, you will be involved in the development and implementation of Oncology brand strategy within assigned Business Unit through cross functional teamwork and you will coordinate the market activities across country connected to assigned Oncology brands. The Therapeutical Area Manager is responsible for implementation of brand strategies according to the account plan in the country for couching and leading KAM, if required.

Other responsibilities will include:

· Leads yearly brand/business planning process on country level

· Drive and execute local implementation of the BOP activities through the LIT (Local Implementation Team)

· Ensuring and managing local sign offs of all marketing materials including PROMOMATS uploads

· Drives specific Baltic initiatives according to individuals’ interest and skills

· Generates market insight together with LIT team

· Deliver local brand & campaign trainings

· Managing relationships with local KEEs and patient organizations in collaboration with Medical

· Analyze the development and trends in the country

· Be updated on the development of the health political environment

Essential for the role

· Demonstrated Pharma marketing or sales experience

· Good knowledge in market ethical rules

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent knowledge in local and English languages

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, e.g., in Marketing

· Brand launch experience

· Oncology experience is preferred
