■ 職務内容 / Job Description

•    Drives strategic projects and programs to make the most impact, ensuring project accountability from initiation to close, to deliver effective solutions that meet approved customer and business needs. 
•    Supports VP in the development, consolidation and alignment of medium and long-range initiatives. Drive innovation ideation during long-term planning
•    Coach, influence, and empower SMEs and employees in the organization to drive LEAN culture.
•    Leads or participates in regional projects and programmes in a proactively manner to increase Japan Ops presence and impact whilst supporting the regional over all development and performance.
•    As Lean Digital Transformation Lead, deliver productivity benefits through lean digital program and drive capability uplift towards smart factory.

【経験 / Experience】
＜必須 / Mandatory＞

•    Working experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or project management related.
•    Proven working experience in project/programme management/ leadership experience leading teams
•    Experience of working with global, cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.
•    Experience of developing and implementing business processes, including annual business planning.
•    Experience to work cross functionally, and ability to facilitate among diverse stakeholder groups that have different priorities. 
•    Excellent client-facing and communication skills
•    Project and Programme Management skills
•    Result oriented
•    Ability to always look for and champion more efficient and effective methods/processes for delivering projects
•    Ability to innovate, think strategically and conceptually, listen carefully, as well as to influence and persuade others.
•    Leads change with a positive approach to the challenges of change for self and team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Japanese)
