Oncology Sales and Marketing Training Manager
- Lead and drive Sales and Marketing capabilities by working closely with respective stakeholders to ensure excellence executions.
- Drive High Performing Culture: Team to go beyond desire expectations via effective coach conversations, follow through actions, building team with strong business acumens, influence and motivate team.
- Sets objectives, assesses performance and addresses skill development for team.
- Always be ready to lead and support Sales and Marketing on new launches and ad hoc request to well prepared the team to drive success.
- Active involvement in organization enterprise projects, working closely with HR to support talent projects.
- Perform training needs analysis and implement and customise training programs or workshop for sales and marketing team.
- Oversee the onboarding process and learning program experience for new sales and marketing employee.
- Perform field coaching for Sales manager and Sales representative.
- Part of the final interview panel in Sales representative recruitment process.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
- Bachelors degree in Science
- Experience in Pharma Sales and Marketing preferably Oncology background
- Thorough understanding of market dynamics within therapeutic area, act fast
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, coach, and develop
- Demonstrated presentation, facilitation, negotiation, verbal/written communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills
Desirable
- Training experience
- Previous exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business such as Operations, Brand Team or Managed Team
