■ 職務内容 / Job Description

・Execute the evidence generation strategy in the hematology area as a medical/scientific/clinical research expert through AZSS/ESR with Scientific publications and innovative medical solutions closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. 
・Bring clarity to the medical strategy and the tactics in the hematology area by their own medical/scientific knowledge/interpretation/judgement and deep understanding of external voice/environment as medical/scientific/clinical research expert. 
・Provide training for the organization he/she belongs to by leveraging highly advanced medical/scientific/clinical research expertise in the hematology area. 
・Give presentation or lead discussion on an occasion to discuss the latest medical/scientific topics.

【経験 / Experience】
＜必須 / Mandatory＞

At least 5 or more year of experiences in clinical practice, drug development, medical affairs, or basic research in related therapeutic areas. 

＜歓迎 / Nice to have＞

・Experience in Clinical Medicine
・Experience of data base research or obserbational research handling
・Experience of basic or clinical research handling
・Clinical experience in hepatology, gastrolointestinal tract cancer, lung cancer or hematology area is preferable.

【資格 / License】

＜必須 / Mandatory＞

Qualified Medical Doctor or PhD in Medical/Life science/Related area or equivalent relevant knowledge, skill and experience.

MPH, MSc, MBA

・Excellent knowledge of science, oncology area, and clinical research
・Capable of conducting discussions with top-tier experts

4. High communication skill and leaderhisp skill for a team working and confilct management
