■ 職務内容 / Job Description

Responsible for supporting business units/BU to achieve business objectives and maximize financial contributions to AZ K.K. and Global organization. Lead financial planning cycle (MTP/RBU2/PB) and deliver analysis of business performance and detect Key Risk/Opportunity, collaborating with members in BU, ComEx/IDS, Medical and other back office teams.

A wide range of tasks from analyzing issues, gathering information, building relationships with stakeholders, to presenting.

• Business Planning (MTP/RBU2/PB)
Analyze mid- to long-term business environments and lead business planning aligned with the corporate and business unit strategies.
Evaluate forecasts for each brand based on an understanding of market conditions, and support senior leaders in decision-making through the preparation of documents and providing investment recommendations to maximize business potential.
Continuously update your knowledge of pharmaceutical market trends, disease and product information, and relevant business activities.

• Actual Analysis
Lead the management of budget vs. actuals for each business plan, including the creation of actual performance reports.
Work closely with brand teams to identify key risks and opportunities by delving into areas with discrepancies and capturing what is happening in the market.
Support material preparation for monthly leadership meetings and quarterly performance review (QBR) reports.

• Project Management
Lead ad-hoc cross-functional projects and support partnership operations with alliance companies.

• 5yrs+ experience in Pharma industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead a process/project management and solve problem with strong self-leadership

• Experience in Oncology market
• Experience of Accounting

• B.S. Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent knowledge

• Excellent PC skills and experience, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical ability

• Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines

・Deep understanding and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
