As part of GBS Project Services, you'll get to reimagine the role of consulting within industry by working in a start-up environment alongside internal clients with deep expertise, offering unique opportunities for collaboration and creativity as you see a project through its end-to-end lifecycle, innovating at each step and experiencing the impact of your solutions to our company and our patients. Typical Accountabilities
Team leadership – provide effective leadership to a team of project directors and managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence and continuous improvement.
Business development – identify and develop new opportunities to deliver savings and successful outcomes to internal customers.
Quality assurance – implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure delivery of high-quality services aligned with best practice.
Customer service – build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, understanding business challenges and collaborating to develop and implement solutions, ensuring our services delight our customers.
Project management – provide leadership to multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Essential
Bachelor’s Degree
Proven track record of managing large projects in a global organization.
Management consulting experience
Experience in building high-performing teams through effective recruitment and professional development
Comfortable and skilled in operating in a complex operational matrix organization across diverse, global teams
Experience in relationship management, across both relationship development, maintenance, and ability to understand internal political influence
Excellent customer service and business acumen with sensitivity to internal and external political/economic environment
Significant experience and skill presenting in front of C-suite/executive level clients through written and verbal channels
Desirable
Project Management Certification
Change Management Certification
Pharmaceutical or equivalent global & complex organization experience; experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures and guidelines
