Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Partners with the Functional Lead to provide leadership in project conceptualization to implement overarching asset strategies and optimizeglobal-to-local interfaces for delivery.
Manage partners across ongoing initiatives and identify risks, recommend mitigations, and resolve issues to meet timelines
Leads effective planning management for a Function (eg: Oncology Medical Training) on team meetings with clear agendas, concrete action items and tracking of deliverables for on-target submission
Facilitates budget planning for projects, including forecasting, phasing, and prioritization across the business planning cycle
Responsible for updates, usage metrics, and reporting ofthe Learning Management System including but not limited to certification tracking global and markets
Responsible for strategic planning and prioritization of functional team deliverables and high-impact projects contributing to the evolution of thelearner experience
Partner with Head of Oncology Medical Training and Leadership Team to drive and facilitateorganizational effectiveness through a large team
Continuously strives to improve ways of working to share standard methodologies to streamline and simplify the business processes.
Accountable for implementation of medical standards to ensure compliant functioning of the organization

Required experience:
Minimum of 5years experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related health industry
Minimum of 2years experience in Medical Affairs, Commercial, and R&D (Global, regional, or local)
Understanding of the development and commercialisation of pharmaceutical products
Experience in planning and leading complex strategic digital initiatives
Experience of successfully influencing cross-functionally, cross-culturally, and cross-brands
Experience with agile ways of working and agile project management
Experience of effective working in a multi-cultural, matrixed environment
Experience working in a global setting, managing stakeholders within different time zones
Preferred Requirements:
Graduate-level degree in sciences or business degree
Six Sigma Medical/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX certification is a plus but not required
Proficient understanding of medical, scientific, and/or commercial pharmaceutical marketplace of Oncology
Experience in developing and implementing scientific training programs.
