Accountabilities:
- Oncology Forecasting Leadership: Lead forecasting efforts for designated asset(s)/franchise area(s), collaborating with cross-functional partners to scrutinize the patient funnel and challenge key assumptions.
- Strategic Influence: Influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams by triangulating data and insights, providing strategic recommendations for forecasting assumptions and phasing.
- Global & Local Collaboration: Collaborate with global and local partners to extract market research insights, shaping the brand narrative for patient and revenue ambitions.
- Business Case Development: Work collaboratively with Commercial, Pricing, and Finance teams to create robust business cases aligned with organizational objectives.
- Performance Tracking and Estimation: Lead recurring processes to track performance against plans, crafting latest estimates based on actuals and emerging trends.
- Risk and Opportunity Identification: Identify risks and opportunities through scenario planning and sensitivity analysis, contributing to proactive decision-making.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Educational Background: Advanced Science Degree (PhD, MSc, MBiotech or similar), Health Economics, MBA, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the pharmaceutical, management consulting, or related industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences.
- Leadership and Understanding: Successful history of cross-functional team leadership with a deep understanding of patient funnels and the pharmaceutical environment.
- Critical Thinking and Planning: Strong critical thinking and planning skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions using new insights and data.
- Collaboration and Inclusive Leadership: Experienced collaborator with an inclusive leadership style, demonstrating the ability to work successfully within a diverse team.
- Adaptability and Prioritization: Quick and adaptable, constantly prioritizing work to meet business needs.
