The Role

As a pivotal figure within the organization, the Delivery Engagement Director bridges the gap among Sales, Product, and Delivery departments, crafting customer-specific strategies for the deployment of Evinova's solutions. As a member of the Delivery team (professional services), you will craft and refine proposals that resonate with our sponsors' expectations throughout the sales process. Your role encompasses understanding client requirements, developing the scope for studies and programs, formulating detailed implementation plans, and confidently presenting these solutions. Your efforts are key in reassuring our customers of our dedication to execute their projects effectively and support their objectives in conducting clinical trials.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Product and Delivery to develop tailored implementation strategies for Evinova solutions.
  • Customer Success: Establish and communicate both short-term and long-term success metrics and plans to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Expectation Management: Accurately set and manage expectations with customers and internal stakeholders to foster long-term relationships.
  • Solution Crafting: Generate key deliverables including RFx Responses, Proposals, and Statements of Work. Recommend suitable implementation partners.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Strategically position follow-up support, training, and additional Evinova offerings to improve customer happiness.
  • Resource Planning and Collaboration: Collaborate with Delivery teams to forecast and communicate resource requirements for new opportunities, ensuring alignment with implementation plans and customer strategies.

About you…

  • Love working on a team, collaborating with your peers to find solutions to challenges, and making the process better after each project.
  • Have a focus on quality and ask customers questions to clarify requirements.
  • Be comfortable saying “no” to customers and provide consultative solutions to craft the best studies in Evinova’s software.

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of experience in software implementation or professional services management in the Life Sciences industry, with 5+ years in specific to digital health tools for clinical trials (eCOA, DCT, eSource, Televisit, EDC), with a track record in managing both small and large-scale projects.
  • Strong consultative and sales-oriented approach with a forward-looking perspective, enabling the creation of both immediate and long-term customer success strategies.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to create compelling presentations and deliver them with impact to facilitate high-level discussions and influence decision-making.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse audience and adapt messaging accordingly.
  • Experience in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required (up to 20%).

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience in Clinical Operations or Data Management (ClinOps, DM, CRA)
  • Exposure to regulatory compliance and validation standards in Life Sciences.
  • Direct line management experience.
