What you’ll do
Join our CVRM marketing team where we have established brands as well as multiple targets in our groundbreaking pipeline. Our team’s vision is to be leaders & valued partners in CVRM science and clinical practice supporting peoples’ health. We deliver this value through medical excellence, being patient focused and improving patients’ lives. We are confident we can change the practice of medicine and redefine diabetes, cardiovascular and renal treatment.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution for the Forxiga brand and its indications along with upcoming pipeline. The successful candidate will report directly to the CVRM (Cardiovascular, Renal, and Metabolism) Business Unit Director, leading a marketing team and will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the portfolio.

This is a full time, permanent role based from Sydney.

Essential for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • Significant experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, with a proven track record of in a marketing lead role

  • Product launch experience

  • Proven leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.

  • Proven understanding of marketing principles, market research, and digital marketing strategies.

  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret market data, customer insights, and performance metrics to drive informed marketing decisions.

  • Demonstrable communication, presentation, and interpersonal strengths.


Desirable for the role

  • MBA or advanced degree

  • Experience in the cardiovascular, renal, or metabolism therapeutic areas is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge and expereince of the ANZ
