Your Opportunity

As the Head of Human Resources for Supply & Manufacturing, you'll be a vital part of the Site Leadership Team, crafting and executing the strategic HR plan for North Ryde.

You will lead the charge in fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace while driving strategic and operational efficiencies. This is your chance to champion innovation and shape the future of HR in a value-driven, purpose-led organisation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and deliver the site HR strategy, aligning it with regional and global objectives. Working within a matrix organisation and an integral part of the Asia Pacific regional team and overall, ANZ HR team.

  • Technical Learning Centre Leadership: Ensure the delivery of engaging training services and compliance across the Site.

  • Communication & Engagement team leadership:  Drive initiatives that improve workplace environment and collaboration and ensure clear communication channels across all levels of the business.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Forge strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance business performance through effective HR partnering and people management processes.

  • Employee Relations: Co-ordinate the development of effective employee relations strategies and policies and be responsible for the development and maintenance of a strong relationship with relevant external unions.

  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Advocate and implement inclusion & diversity strategies alongside the I&D committee.

  • Talent Management: Lead the succession and talent processes to secure a robust talent pipeline.

  • Operational Excellence: Identify and implement efficiencies within HR processes and systems.

  • Lead: Regional and Global HR initiatives / projects as required.


About you

To thrive in this role, you should be an experienced HR Leader with:

  • Proven HR delivery and team leadership experience in complex, multinational organizations.

  • Strong track record in delivering business improvements and managing complex HR projects.

  • Ability to work as part of a Site Leadership Team, including building strong operational knowledge of the site.

  • Technical HR knowledge/ skills associated with one or more of the following disciplines - Resourcing, Performance & Reward, ER, L&D and organisational change.

  • Exceptional influencing, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree
