You will be responsible for delivering architectures that are aligned with relevant standards, blueprints, and roadmaps, both logical and physical.

Accountabilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of business architecture solutions for Legal, Investor Relations, and Corporate Affairs.
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps that align with business objectives and industry standard methodologies.
- Formulate and document target state architecture designs, ensuring they meet strategic goals and are scalable, secure, and efficient.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective architecture strategies.
- Innovate and explore new technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Legal, Investor Relations, and Corporate Affairs processes.
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight for the integration of new systems and technologies.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of enterprise solutions.
- Mentor and support IT teams and collaborators to strengthen architectural understanding and capabilities across the organization.
- Bring thought technology leadership to the organization, driving innovation and adopting standard processes in Legal, Investor Relations, and Corporate Affairs.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Bachelors in Computer Science, Information System or related field
- 10+ years of experience in architecture
- Experience producing application strategies/roadmaps for a global enterprise in their focused architecture domain
- Proven architecture experience with Enterprise Architecture tool
- Experience with large product evaluations, case formulation
- Experience developing and influencing business strategies with cross-functional team impact
- Experience developing and leading innovative solutions
- Proven experience of leading change and challenging approaches/ideas
- Experience developing and managing relationships with third-party suppliers
- Experience working within and developing policies, procedures, and guidelines within a secure, quality, and compliance environment
- Strong networking skills with good internal/external links
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language
- Awareness of developments in the marketplace and understand the relevance and potential impact to AZ IS
- Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and proven ability to influence others to achieve positive outcomes

- Experience working in pharmaceutical, healthcare, and biotech industry
- Familiarity with data science, AI/ML architecture
