Medical Science Liaison – Hematology (FTC 12 months)

Accountabilities
- Act as a customer-facing scientific medical liaison expert, working with healthcare professionals to exchange scientific and clinical research data on our hematology products.
- Serve as a reliable source of information for healthcare providers, offering insights into our therapeutic areas and products, as well as insights into the competition.
- Regularly connect with Key Opinion Leaders and influential groups to build partnerships, share data, and gain support, including contributing to publications.
- Engage in scientific exchanges with healthcare professionals on clinical and scientific data about our hematology products, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in developing publications as a moderator or co-author.
- Facilitate ongoing medical education for healthcare professionals to support their continuous professional development.
- Organize medical events with external partners, defining event needs, identifying potential speakers, and managing logistics.
- Support or lead activities for hematology therapies, products, and departmental expansions.
- Attend scientific conferences to stay informed of the latest developments in hematology.
- Support clinical program, including real-world evidence delivery projects
Essential Skills/Experience
- Master’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary or equivalent of it.
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry will be preferrable in medical affairs or commercial team.
- Ability to effectively communicate scientific information to healthcare professionals and colleagues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patient-centric and people-oriented approach.
- Strategic understanding of the commercial environment.
- Strong motivation for learning and curiosity.
- Well-developed team spirit and collaboration skills.
- Bold mentality and creative thinking to drive impactful solutions.
- Excellent command of English and Slovenian, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver's license.
