Introduction to Role:
Are you ready to champion evolution in our dynamic and agile environment? We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Vendor Manager who will be responsible for implementing and managing the performance of Recruitment Placement Outsourcing (RPO); Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs), and Managed Service Provider (MSP) programmes globally. This includes negotiation and management of service delivery contracts, ensuring Service Level Agreement compliance, issue management/resolution and effective performance reporting. You will be the point of contact for the business and supplier ensuring any issues are managed promptly. This is a key role within the Talent Acquisition, HR function that ensures excellent partnerships with our 3rd party vendors are formed.
Accountabilities:
As a key member of the External Resource Management and Strategic Partnerships centre of expertise, you will be accountable for delivering the operational day-to-day management of our external resource programmes globally, acting as an interface between our managed service providers and core business teams. You will maintain supplier relationships and resolve complex supplier issues including escalated cases. Working closely with Procurement you will also be accountable for ongoing management of Talent Acquisition contracts and partnerships with selected third-parties.
In this role you will work closely with Procurement, Finance, IT and HR colleagues, business customers, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders, to design customer centric efficient processes, leveraging technology (Fieldglass/Workday) to drive automation.
Through your curious nature and entrepreneurial spirit, you will use metrics to identify continuous improvements that champion the user experience, and creates best in class programme management.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Vendor management experience, ideally in a HR or Talent Acquisition environment
Experience of supplier onboarding and daily management
Supplier relationship and performance management; ideally of global suppliers
Oral and written fluency in Business English
Ability to use a range of influencing techniques
Proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks effectively
Demonstrated success working in a team environment
Strong analytical and financial skills
Ability to identify and drive process improvements and efficiencies
Good understanding of the procurement implications of External Workforce management, business acumen
Knowledge of HR integrated Workforce Management
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Industry experience
Experience of managing ‘total workforce’ and/or external resource programmes
Experience in embedding SRM methodology in similar Vendor Management role
Experience of working as part of a global team
Worked within an organisation with matrix management
