As a Process Lead in our Enabling team, you will be accountable for ensuring robust documentation for all of our team’s processes and policy documentation and driving ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Accountabilities:

As a Process Lead, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities. You will develop, own and maintain a library of E3S processes, ensuring all individual processes are fully and accurately documented. You will drive ongoing assessment of processes – identifying process gaps and process effectiveness. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify process remediations or to fill process gaps. You will also partner with our QA/QC manager to ensure that any control breaches that may require changes to our internal processes are addressed.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Extensive process experience (development, management, improvement and implementation of)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Business English

- Significant experience of global technology implementations

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks effectively

- Demonstrated success working in a team environment

- Strong numerical and analytical skills

- Experience of implementing significant business change across different national and business boundaries

- Experience operating in a high paced, rapidly changing project environment

- Strong ethical, interpersonal and collaborative and influencing skills

- Assertive and confident interacting with individuals at all levels of the organisation including senior leaders

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Prior experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (Sales, Marketing, Research & Development, Compliance, Legal, Procurement) or a consulting firm working with pharmaceutical clients in a similar role
