Learning Enablement Partner (12-month contract)
The Learning Enablement Partner is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of the Talent Acquisition team at AstraZeneca. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand training needs, developing learning strategies, and ensuring the effective delivery of training programs. As a key team member of the Talent Intelligence project – Eightfold, you will focus on implementing an AI-powered platform to strengthen how we attract, manage, and develop talent in support of our 2030 Bold Ambition. This is a 12-month contract position dedicated to supporting effective and seamless change management and deployment, including sustainable adoption across our teams.
Accountabilities
• Learning Strategy Development:
o Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize learning and development needs.
o Develop comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
o Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant practices into learning programs.
• Program Design and Implementation:
o Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs and materials.
o Apply various instructional design methodologies and multimedia tools to create interactive learning experiences.
o Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Training Delivery:
o Facilitate training sessions using different formats such as in-person, virtual, and blended learning.
o Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
o Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their learning experience.
• Stakeholder Management:
o Partner with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions.
o Communicate learning strategies and outcomes to stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning programs and make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness.
o Implement innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences and outcomes.
o Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Essential Skills/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills/Experience
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field.
• Familiarity with emerging learning technologies and trends
