To help us to do this, Talent & Development is now hiring a Global Learning & Leadership Development (L&LD) Learning Lead – Professional Skills to join our Learning & Leadership Development team. Reporting to the Global Head of Learning & Leadership Development, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategy for developing and maintaining high-quality learning content to enhance the skills and competencies of professionals across the globe.  You will partner with the T&D Technology Solutions and the L&LD teams to curate, design and deliver engaging learning experiences that align with the evolving needs of our diverse audience while driving measurable outcomes.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field 
- Proven experience in designing and delivering professional development programs for a global audience
 Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learning technologies
- Excellent project management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data
- Strategic thinking linked to business strategy
- Proficiency in learning management systems, content authoring tools, and digital learning platforms
- Strong process development and content lifecycle management skills

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Degreed experience desired
